What does it look like to be on the other side of me? When I see myself in the mirror, do I like the person who is reflecting back at me? These are the questions my coach asked me. After deep thought, the answer was no. I discovered I was at a loss when it came to seeing people before profit, seeing people as valuable. Somewhere in my leadership journey I lost focus. The day to day grind and the stress of leading people and processes overwhelmed me to the point of failure. There is hope. I found a way to turn it all around. You can too.
